Research + Development Internship

Job Description:

About:
Wild Attire, Inc. is a seasoned eCommerce company that owns and operates Ties.com and Scarves.com. We are always looking for talented intern candidates to join our team and propel our company towards further recognition. This position allows you to work directly with our Chief Operations Officer, as well as collaborate with all other departments within the organization, to conduct integral research and brainstorm business strategies.

This internship requires a 6-month commitment of approximately 20 hours a week, and you will be compensated with a $2,000 stipend. On top of our stipend, we offer fun company perks such as free food, company retreats, free magazines, and the occasional Nerf gun fight.

You will be working directly with our executive team! This gives you direct access to our management team and the opportunity to learn from the best of the best in the industry.

Our ideal candidate would be:
Interested in business development, research, and the behind-the-scenes, analytical work that goes into growing a company
A person with a strong work ethic, an aptitude for problem solving, the ability to learn quickly, and the ability to take criticism
Someone that can think out-of-the-box and brainstorm creative solutions to complex problems
A self-starter with great organization skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Basic knowledge of research methods (statistical analysis, significance, confidence levels, correlations, etc.) is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:
Will be dependent on applicant’s abilities and background, but may range from data analysis to market research

Qualifications:
Must be in pursuit of or have achieved a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Economics, Business, Psychology, and/or Sociology
Available to commit approximately 20 hours a week to this position
Must be able to dedicate 6 months
Must be punctual, professional, and able to take ownership of projects
Ability to manage and execute your projects in a timely manner
Must have reliable transportation

Jr. Software Engineer Garden Grove, CA

The role we're hoping to fill is ideally a smart, self-directed web generalist.
